1. Book Your Session
Choose your preferred date and time, and complete payment (£150). You'll receive an immediate confirmation email with your Zoom link and a form to complete.
2. Complete Your Intake Form
In your confirmation email, you'll also receive an intake form to complete. Please complete this as early as possible- at least 48 hours before our session. This helps me understand what you're working with so we can use our time together effectively. The form asks about your current situation and what you're hoping to gain clarity on.
3. Prepare for Your Session
All you need is a quiet space where you won't be interrupted for the hour, and an open mind.
4. Your Session
We'll spend 60 minutes together exploring what's really going on. We'll use grounding practices, intuitive tools like tarot, and coaching to help you see your situation more clearly and leave with concrete next steps.
5. After Your Session
You'll receive a follow-up email with any key insights, next steps, or resources we discussed. If you'd like to continue working together, you can book rolling monthly sessions at the same rate.
