Meet your guide

Maybe you're here because...

You're navigating burnout, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. You're stuck in cycles of over-functioning and shame, longing to reconnect with your intuition.

Maybe you're trying to understand your sensitivity, neurodivergence, or trauma - and you're craving clarity, peace, and belonging.

And beneath all of that, something in you still knows: things can be different.

I've felt it all too

I know that feeling. That flicker of fire.

I know what it feels like to be too much, not enough, and completely alone. To carry the weight of the world in your heart and wonder if it's even possible to feel different.

For years, I lived in quiet survival mode, pushing through with an overloaded nervous system, racing thoughts, and a deep sense of not belonging. Stuck in patterns of over-functioning, people-pleasing, and self-shaming.

I didn't have the language yet for neurodivergence, trauma, or what I now understand as living from just one archetypal identity while other parts of me stayed exiled in the shadows.

When everything began to shift

In my mid-twenties, I discovered Buddhism. That changed everything. It gave me tools to calm my nervous system and stop running from my feelings.

My spiritual practice helped, but for a long time, I used it to bypass my pain. I hid behind perfectionism and people-pleasing, trying to be a "good Buddhist." Deep down, I still felt broken.

It wasn't until three things fell into place that things truly began to make sense: my ADHD diagnosis, the transformation of motherhood, and my training as an energy healer. These experiences helped me deepen my compassion for myself and others, and cracked me open to receiving love, healing, and deep trust.

Learning to stay

I truly stopped running. I stopped striving.

I learned to stay with my feelings, with uncertainty, and with the knowing that I was already worthy. Already loved. Already cherished by the people around me and by the archetypal energies I've built relationships with through my Buddhist practice.

I stepped into authenticity, belonging, and deep connection with my body, mind, and spirit. Life now feels joyful, light, and in flow with whatever the universe has planned.

I no longer live at war with myself, and I want that for you too.

This is the work I offer

I help people reconnect with all parts of themselves through archetypal embodiment, ritual practice, and working with planetary energies.

I guide you to welcome home the parts you've exiled, the ages, identities, and archetypal energies that have been pushed into the shadows, so you can live as your whole, authentic self.

My work weaves together spiritual practice, intuitive insight, nervous system awareness, and tools such as Tarot. Not just to manage symptoms, but to help you come home to who you really are.
